Our customer-friendly location is at the hub of North Little Rock's downtown redevelopment, one block west of Verizon Arena, and near the Arkansas River (and trailhead for our six-mile River Trail). The time and temperature display at the top of the building makes it a visible landmark in both downtown North Little Rock and in the River Market area of Little Rock. You can pay your electric, water, cable, and gas bills several ways:

• Teller windows or drop-box located in main lobby
• Drive-through service located behind the main office building
• After hours in the drop box located on the wall of the first drive-through window
