The City of North Little Rock is excited about the opportunity to offer our North Little Rock Citizens more choices to make life easier! We are providing access to forms related to Government, Bid information, City Council Meetings, Agendas and Minutes in addition to Frequently Asked Questions.

In an effort to improve Customer Service for our North Little Rock Electric Account Customers we are providing information and access to Frequently Used Utility Forms, Frequently Asked Questions related to Electric Utility Information and access to their Utility Account information as well as the presentment to make payments on Demand, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, over the Telephone OR over the Web with our new Convenient "e-Account" for North Little Rock Electric Account Information and Payment Services.

NEW first time eAccount customers may use the following link to sign up for access to our convenient online services. Fill in this form and submit. It will be sent to Customer Service and they will return your information along with instructions. SIGN UP: IVR-PIN Request Form - Get your PIN by completing the form.

RETURNING eAccount customers can use the “Retrieve PIN” option from the eAccount log in page. An automated email will be sent to the email address on file. Customers also have the option to sign up for ‘eBilling’ once they log on to their account. This option will be listed under the payment options, along with the change pin option.

  • "e-Account" Information:
    One is a telephone number to call and access Electric Utility Information and make payments over the telephone by aid of an automated assistant. Electric Utility Account customers may also at any time opt out of the automated telephone system and request to be redirected to our "Live" operator for assistance. The telephone number for our automated phone system is 501-975-8889. (TTY assisted customers may dial 501-975-8866). Follow the prompts access account information and make payments. You may find this guidesheet helpful to review before making your call.

    Second, is by using a link to access Electric Account information or make payments over the internet by being redirected to a secure site for 'e-Account' access.

    Please NOTE: Some banks offer free on-line payment services for their customers, you may want to check on this option with your bank. We offer automatic bank draft (no cost to the customer) payment options for monthly debits at no cost for our customers. You can call customer service at 501-975-8888 for information.
